SABRE LEGAL STATEMENT
All vehicles intended to be equipped with Sabre® blades must be configured to manufacturer specifications for plowing equipment, devices, and machinery. All plowing equipment, devices, and machinery to which Sabre® blades are attached must be configured to manufacturer specifications. Evolution Edges, the vehicle equipment manufacturer, or the plowing equipment, devices, or machinery may require or recommend optional equipment for snow removal. Evolution Edges may require or recommend such optional equipment including the Sabre® Wear Plates, Curb Guards, or Wear Shoes. Do not exceed vehicle, equipment, device, or machinery ratings. Do not exceed the axle weight rating, gross vehicle weight rating, or maximum vehicle payload rating.
Attachment of Sabre® and/or Evolution Edges products are at the risk and expense of the purchaser. Compliance with motor vehicle regulations and all applicable snow plowing equipment regulations is the responsibility of the installer. Evolution Edges is not responsible for any modification or costs associated with modifications to install Sabre® blades, Wear Plates, Curb Guards, or Wear Shoes.
The liability of Evolution Edges is expressly limited to the repair and/or replacement of defective parts. Built Blades shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, or contingent damages whatsoever, including for breach of contract, breach of warranty, negligence, or other tort, or under any strict liability theory.
